To be eligible for return, all apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact. Products marked as final sale, clearance items, customized products, and intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and sales regulations.
3. Valid Return Reasons
